The Story
Each year, Holiday Blend gives us the chance to compose a new expression of the season. This year is something of a homecoming, as we reunite three regions featured in one of Peet's early Holiday Blends, crafted by Roastmaster Emeritus Jim Reynolds. Kenya, Guatemala, and Sumatra each play a distinct role in this timeless, harmonious dark roast.
North Sumatra provides the bass note, the foundation that gives the blend its depth and resonance. Wet-hulled and full-bodied, it brings warming spice, aromatic hints of teakwood, and a lingering richness...
